Redemption Instructions:

To redeem your gift card, follow these steps:

1. Print the page with the gift card number and security code (PIN).
2. Visit southwest.com, go to any Southwest Airlines ticket counter, or call Reservations at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA.
3. Provide the gift card number and security code (PIN) when prompted.

If you wish to redeem your gift card online at southwest.com, please follow these steps:

1. Select all desired flights and enter passenger information.
2. Proceed to the payment information section.
3. Under the “Do you want to apply travel funds?” section, click on “Apply Travel Funds.”
4. Enter the gift card number and security code (PIN) in the designated location.
5. Click on the “Apply Funds” button.
6. The amount on the gift card will be deducted from the total.
7. If there is a remaining balance, you will need to use another form of payment to cover it.
